While our main admissions season has come to a close, we are continuing to accept applications at some program levels. Please submit an inquiry to connect with our Admissions Director about availability for the 2024-25 school year.
The Priority Application deadline for the 2024-25 school year is Friday, January 26, 2024. If you are interested in submitting a late application or applying for mid-year enrollment, please contact our Admissions Director.

Please note:
Students must be 2 years old to be eligible to attend MdTL’s Pre-Primary Program. Students who will turn 2 between September 1 and November 1 are welcome to apply, however, if your child is offered admission, they may not attend school until their 2nd birthday.
Students do not need to be potty trained to attend MdTL’s Pre-Primary Program.

We follow the Independent Schools of the San Francisco Bay Area (ISSFBA) suggested notification dates.
Admissions Decisions for Pre-Primary will be emailed on March 5, 2024.

5. Request a Student Evaluation Form
Submitted via SchoolAdmin. The Student Evaluation Form is one tool we use to get to know your child. Consult your Admissions Checklist in SchoolAdmin to email this confidential online form directly to your child’s current teacher or daycare provider.
6. StudentVisit
The final step in the admissions process is an opportunity for your child to visit our school and interact with our teachers, one-on-one or in a small group. Primary Child Visits will mostly be held on Saturday, February 3, by appointment.

Please note:
Students who will turn 3 between September 1 and November 1 are welcome to apply to our Primary Program, however, please know that we may not be able to offer admission, or may recommend Pre-Primary placement.

7. Student Visit

For most applicants, visits will occur in February, by appointment. Visits for 1st grade applicants will be held after school. Visits for 2nd-6th grade applicants will be held during school hours.
Students who will turn 6 between September 1 and November 1 are welcome to apply to our Lower Elementary program, however, please know that we may not be able to offer admission or may recommend Primary placement.
