Elementary Activity Fee
Annual fee that covers the cost of Elementary-specific activities to include swimming, field trips and going outs, and camping trips (Upper El).

• Lower Elementary Activity Fee: $100
• Upper Elementary Activity Fee: $500

• Before School Care is available beginning at 7:30am for a flat fee of $18.25 per day.
• After School Care is available until 5:00pm at the rate of $18.25 per hour or any portion thereof.
• The Primary early afternoon (12-3pm) hourly drop-in fee is $23.75 per hour or any portion thereof, with prior approval from Head Teacher and Administration.

• Annual Plan: an Enrollment Fee of 10% is due upon Enrollment, and the balance is due in full by April 15, 2025.
• Payment Plan: an Enrollment Fee of 10% is due upon Enrollment, and nine further equal payments which include the Payment Plan Fee (as stated) are due by the fifteenth of the month beginning April 15, 2025 through December 15, 2025.

We have chosen Clarity as our Tuition Assistance application provider in order to better serve both our current and prospective families. We are confident that this change is going to make the process of applying for TA easier for families. 

Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile friendly application that can be completed in as short a time as 20 minutes. Additionally, Clarity removes the need to upload your W2 and 1040 by transferring them directly from the IRS. This reduces the amount of information that you will need to enter manually and makes it possible to complete the application quickly and efficiently.

Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information. The Tuition Assistance Committee considers a number of factors when deciding on a Tuition Assistance Award. These factors include the determination of need by Clarity, number of school-age children and a variety of other factors including school funds budgeted for assistance and the number of applicants. Just as in prior years, if your financial circumstances have not changed, you should not see significant changes to your award based on any changes in methodology between the two systems.

Yes, you will need to submit a Clarity application each year in order to qualify for Tuition Assistance; however, Clarity retains your information from previous applications, so it will be even easier to reapply.
